Indian Rasoi Albury

One of the few or maybe the only restaurant with authentic tandoori cuisine in Albury. All the other I have tried lacked on thing or the other. The only time I had issue was with the quantity of full tandoori chicken. The portions were not a full chicken but random pieces. Bottom line is good food, good service. Recommended!

I love Indian but the rest of the family doesn't. They love fried chicken and chips, but I say, "meh". We have found the perfect place, where you can have both! Table service for both restaurants, lovely staff and excellent food. Everyone got to eat what they wanted and we were well taken care of.

Talk about value for money! We selected from the extensive lunch menu and found the serving sizes excellent, the meat was of the highest quality, the rice perfectly steamed, the sauces delectable, and the naan bread first rate. The restaurant was very clean, tastefully appointed and comfortable. The service was prompt, with all staff being friendly, helpful and pleasant. I have no doubt we’ll be back very soon!

What a fantastic find! This Indian restaurant truly offers food quality well above its price point. The chicken biryani was a highlight – perfectly cooked, not at all oily, and with a wonderfully generous serving of chicken. And don't even get me started on the chole; it was amazingly delicious. Definitely a new favorite!

We ordered a large variety as our group was big, and each item exceeded our expectations. The spices, aroma, and taste were spot on—truly a perfect balance! To top it all off, we were pleasantly surprised when the staff offered us free drinks as a gesture of appreciation for our big order. Best Authentic Indian Food in the area. The best naan bread I ever tried. Even better than the high rating Indian restaurant in Melbourne and Sydney. They have lunch meal at $15 without compromising on quality, quantity and taste. And they have salted lassi!

We expected the biryani to be okay, but it was surprisingly delicious. We loved the biryani and lamb here.
